Maintenance contracts are available for states in which we currently provide on-site service. Contracts include all labor and parts required with normal usage in addition to annual cleaning. Maintenance contracts do not cover service required due to misuse, accident or abuse.
On-site service is currently available in the following states:
Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
For customers who do not have a maintenance contract but are close to our Headquarters in Cape Coral, Florida, service can be provided on a per-call basis.
Depot Service allows you to ship your machine to us and it will be repaired, cleaned, and returned to you. If you do not have a maintenance contract and are not close to our headquarters, this option is available to any customer. Once you ship your machine to us, the unit will be fully tested and the repair costs will be estimated and provided to you for approval. If the estimate is accepted, the machine will be repaired and shipped to you as quickly as possible, generally in 24-48 hours.
For large commercial clients, we would be happy to discuss group maintenance contracts, adding service technicians to additional states, as well as discounted per-call pricing on multiple machines.
Consider the usage of your machine and how critical it is to your operation. If you use your machine infrequently or for short periods, you might want to place a one-time call for service if it malfunctions or becomes extremely dirty. If you rely on your machine constantly, a service contract keeps you covered with any necessary service and parts for the entire year at one fixed price.
