Sage Product Warranty

This machine is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This machine has been factory tested prior to packaging at the Distribution Center and is warranted to be in satisfactory working order prior to shipment.

This warranty does not apply to the following conditions:

  • Damage as a result of misuse or abuse of the machine
  • Damage as a result of a foreign object or substance entering the machine
  • Damage as a result of tampering, alterations or unauthorized repair
  • Damage as a result of improper packaging by the customer prior to shipping
  • Damage resulting from shipment by the customer
  • Incompatibility due to changes in coin or currency size, shape or materials

Warranty Claims

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact Sage Office Products to determine if you are in our service area. If you are in our service area, a technician will be dispatched to evaluate the machine and repair it at no charge as long as it meets the criteria above.

If you are not in our service area, the machine can be shipped to us for repair. Please call Sage Office Products prior to the return of the unit to get an RA number. Sage Office Products shall only be responsible for transportation costs for shipments in the continental U. S. and when the repairs are due to manufacturing defects. Do not return the unit to Sage Office Products without an RA number.

Out of Warranty Repair

Following the warranty period, this machine may be returned for repair or preventative maintenance to Sage Office Products at the address listed below. The unit will be fully tested and the repair costs will be estimated and provided to you for approval.

If the estimate is accepted, the machine will be repaired and shipped to you as quickly as possible, generally in 24-48 hours.

Please review packaging instructions on back carefully or call us before sending machines for repairs.

Customer should retain all packing materials in case warranty service is needed. Machines received with shipping damage due to improper packaging will be considered non-warranty repairs. Please call us for packing instructions.
